Our trip to VA was very fun. A different experience than NC. We saw a lot of historic sites such as Arlington cemetery, Washington monument, Lincoln memorial, Smithsonian, Holocaust Museum, a 20-30 min walk in very cold weather to see the Vietnam wall. We even stopped in Gettysburg on our way home. I'd say it was a successful trip!
